  • Prospective customer data is retained for up to three years post-receipt, renewed consent, or contract termination.
  • Recipients of our e-news service have their required personal data retained while receiving the service, with bouncing (invalid) emails and related details retained for up to one year.

Afterward, data, except that needed for statutory obligations or protection interests, is erased.

Our data collection is limited to the forms on each course or camp booking page, with no other data collection on our website. Form submissions are reviewed and responded to by course and camp organisers.

We do not employ automated processing of data. Messages and personal information submitted through forms are stored in an email inbox for the sole purpose of responding to inquiries.
