Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy:

  • A full refund is available for customers who cancel a course 11 working days or more before the course start date. However, cancellations made within 10 working days or less of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Herts Cricket Academy, its staff, or individuals involved in organising coaching courses do not assume liability for any losses or additional expenses incurred by participants, their parents, or guardians due to circumstances beyond our control, such as injury, illness, strikes, or other unforeseeable events during a coaching course.

Participant Behaviour:

  • Herts Cricket Academy reserves the right to remove a child or children from a course in the event that their behaviour negatively impacts the experience of other participants. Our primary approach is to address and resolve issues through communication with parents/guardians and the player. Removal from the course will only be considered as a last resort, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

Medical Refunds:

  • Refunds or transfers due to injury or illness must be supported by an official doctor’s certificate confirming that the participant’s physical health is no longer suitable for participation in the remaining sessions.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • Cancellations of sessions due to adverse weather conditions beyond our control will not result in refunds. Whenever possible, we will arrange an alternative date to replace the cancelled session, although this may not always be feasible.

Course Modifications:

  • Herts Cricket Academy reserves the right to modify a course program due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to participants at the earliest opportunity.
  • All coaching sessions provided by the Academy will last for 55 minutes duration unless otherwise specified.

Complaints:

  • If you wish to file a complaint about a course, please email our Customer Service at [email protected]. You can expect an initial response within 3 working days and a comprehensive reply to your complaint within 21 working days.

Third party rights:

  • A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under or in connection with them.

 Severance:

  • If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms shall not be affected. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision of these Terms would be valid, enforceable, and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.

Governing law and jurisdiction:

  •  These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
